NSA head office is located in Darlington, County Durham.

NSA have been providing Salvage and End of Life vehicle disposal solutions since 2001 and it is our intention to deliver an unrivalled level of service, to each of our customers, that is individual to each of them.

We can either dispose of the vehicles and plant that we process via our 42 members, which include some of the most progressive Salvage Agents operating in the UK, or we can dispose of it direct to the end user via our Online Auction www.salvagemarket.co.uk , or a hybrid thereof.

NSA is renowned for the level of service and operational excellence we provide to all of our customers with particular emphasis given to:

• Corporate and Social Responsibility; for instance we break all Category B vehicles in house amongst a whole host of other initiatives approved by our customers.
• Continuous Improvement; we are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited which demonstrates our commitment to both continuous business process improvement and continuous information security improvement.
• Cost Control; we are always very competitive when it comes to buying salvage vehicles, end of life vehicles and plant. We don’t see cost control purely as a measure of how competitive we can be at the front end we also examine any opportunities to cut costs within the value chain. We have many case studies that demonstrate our success in this area.

Due to the continued support of our customers we have become one of the largest providers of Total Loss and End of Life Vehicle solutions provision in the UK and, because we always seek to innovate and improve in all that we do for our customers, we hope to always remain so.
